If you are an authorised reseller and would like to return goods purchased from Mint Technology, please call our Customer Support Team within 7 days to get a return authorisation number on 02 4949 3535 or email: service.ra@roadhound.com.au. Please do not return goods without this authorisation.
Once you have received an RMA number, goods can be shipped via Australia Post to:

If you return goods following the procedures set out in below and within the specified time period, we (in our absolute discretion) will either issue you with a credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the returned goods.
A. A request to return product may only be made:
- within thirty (30) working days of delivery if the goods were damaged in transit to you;
- within thirty (30) days of the date of the invoice if the goods were incorrectly supplied by us;
- at any time if you ordered too much stock, provided that your returns for this reason do not exceed 10% of the value of total stock ordered in the immediately preceding twelve (12) month period; or
- not more than one month prior to publication of a new edition of the same title and provided that you have ordered like quantities of the new edition of that title.
B. The request to return goods must be in writing, and be accompanied by a RMA Form
C. On receipt of a correctly submitted request to return product, a Return Authority will be issued with pre-addressed authorised return labels. One copy of the Return Authority must be returned with the goods and an authorised returns label affixed to the outside of each box.
D. All stickers and marks must be removed from the goods, they must be returned in merchantable condition together with the Return Authority within 30 days of the date of issue of the Return Authority. If the goods are returned because they are old editions or they were damaged in transit to you, you need only return the title and cover page of the product with the Return Authority.
E. Goods which are custom published at your request may not be returned.
F. If you wish to return stock, because you ordered too much:
(a) we reserve the right to refuse returned stock where your total returns of over-ordered stock in the immediately preceding twelve month period exceed 10% of the total value of stock ordered during that period; and
(b) we will only accept that stock if it is returned within six (6) months of the invoice date where the stock you are returning was published by another company.
G. If you order too much stock, you are responsible for organising return and paying any freight charges associated with the return of that stock. Similarly, you will be responsible for the charges associated with returned goods which are damaged in transit due to bad or insufficient packaging by you.
H. Except where required by law, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit if you return goods, but do not comply with our returns policy. Returning goods outside the return period will NOT entitle you to a refund or exempt you from paying the balance of the purchase price. |

MINT technology Pty Ltd (“MINT”) warrants all products sold against defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”), with the exception of the battery which has a 3 month warranty.
In the event that a defect does arise and a valid claim is received by MINT within the Warranty Period, MINT will, at its sole discretion, repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, exchange the product with a new product equivalent to the original one, or refund the complete purchase price of the product.
In order to exercise this Warranty, the product must be returned to the either the retailer from where it was purchased or directly to MINT, along with your purchase receipt. MINT requires a written statement accompanying returned products describing all defects.
After a product or part is exchanged, the replacement item becomes your property and the item that was replaced becomes the property of MINT. In the event that a refund is given, ownership of your product becomes the property of MINT.
This Warranty only applies if the product has been installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations (as noted in the MINT User Guide). The Warranty does not apply: to any damages arising through alteration, mishandling, misuse, neglect, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to excessive moisture/dampness, accident, acts of God or normal wear and tear; to any products or parts modified without MINT’s prior written permission; or is any MINT serial number has been removed or defaced.
The Warranty hereby conferred does not extend to any to any costs associated with the delivery, handling, freighting or transportation of the product or any part thereof and does not extend to any damage or loss occurring during, or associated with, transit.
The extent of MINT’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the replacement options stated above and in no event shall the company’s liability exceed the price paid but the purchaser for the product. This Limited Warranty applies only to products produced by MINT and does not extend to any non-MINT hardware or software, even if sold with this product. MINT neither assumes nor authorises any service centre or any persons or entity to assume for it any other obligation or liability beyond that which is expressly provided for in this Limited Warranty. The terms of this Limited Warranty are complete and unalterable. MINT denies any and all implied warranties that may arise from such things as merchantability. All warranty conditions, product features and specifications are subject to change only by MINT and without notice.

| END-USER LICENCE AND LIMITED SOFTWARE WARRANTY |

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE INSTALLATION OF THE MINT SOFTWARE ON YOUR EQUIPMENT. YOUR INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE DEEMED ACCEPTANCE BY YOU OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FOLLOWING END-USER LICENCE.
The agreement sets out the terms of the licence for the software supplied (which is later called "the software").
You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use this copy of the software on one personal digital assistant and reproduce it in the software in a machine readable form for back-up purposes only.
Copyright in the software is owned by MINT Australia. or its licensors (as the case may be). This means that you own the magnetic or other physical media on which the software is originally or subsequently recorded, but MINT Australia or its licensors retain title and ownership of the material recorded on that physical media irrespective of the form of the media in or on which the original and other copies may be stored. This agreement is not a sale of the original software or any copy of that software.
Except to the extent permitted by the Australian copyright law, you may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy or modify the software or create derivative works based on the software. You are not permitted to copy, translate, modify or adapt the accompanying written material or to distribute copies of such material or the software to others. Your failure to abide by these restrictions will constitute copyright infringement and you may be held legally responsible for it to MINT Australia, or its licensors, as appropriate. Subject to these restrictions, you are permitted to make reasonable number of copies of the software for back-up purposes as stated above.
This software is licensed only to you and may not be transferred to anyone else without the prior written consent of MINT Australia. Any transferee of the software so authorised shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement and, consequently, you must delete the software from your personal equipment on which it is installed and all program and back-up copies must be handed over to the new user or destroyed.
MINT Australia warrants that the software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying product manuals for a period of ninety (90) days from the date shown on your receipt. MINT Australia also warrants that the SD Card on which the software is stored will be free from defects in material and workmanship under the normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date shown on your receipt. Any implied warranties as to the software or the storage media are limited to ninety (90) days and one (1) year, respectively, or the shortest period permitted by law whichever is the longer period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MINT Australia or anyone who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery of the software shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage (including, without limitation, loss occasioned by interruption to business, loss of business profits or business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the software
The exclusions and limitations set out in this agreement do not apply to death and personal injury resulting from negligence.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Australia and any dispute arising out of this agreement or the usage of the software shall be resolved in English courts.
